i have an iso file but how do i open this?

Iso files are cd images so, either burn it to a cd with nero, or whatever, or use isobuster from www.isobuster.com to extract files from the iso image.
Depends what you want to do really. And what the iso image is of. -
iso file is an image of a software application. creating an image using nero compressed the file?
