smartripper problem

i`ve tried to backup a dvd using smartripper as suggested on dvd2dvdr site.the dvd is smaller than 4.7gigs i`ve checked.i do what tutorial says to the letter but when disc is ripped i have no seperate video and audio folders in my main target folder.any suggestions as to what i`ve done wrong.retried a few times with same out come.thanks for any advice.

AUDIO_TS folder is always empty...

just a compatabilty issue is all'
usually i forget it anyway
