VOB TO MPEG2 ?? any software about??

Can convert avi , mpeg1 , mpeg2 but not vob's would like to vob to mpeg2 for the best Quality. Running 1.2mhz ddr Athlon ATI 64meg ddr video card , 512meg ddr memory 80gig hard drive CD burner CDx56 CDDVD any help would be great Links to software and so on.

There a lot of ways to do it you can use FlaskMpeg and framserve to TMPGEnc or use dvd2avi and then use virtual dub to frameserve there is even this program called DVD2SVCD also the guides are here http://www.vcdhelp.com/dvdtovcdflask.htm
