Hi i am sort of a newbie. i bought the pioneera104DVDR and got a copy of prassi primoDVD which i got to admit it is very good when it works.my story goes like this i bought the DVDR and put it in halfway my system i jusy swapped my DVDrom For DVDR went in great. installed prassi DVD and worked great did a couple of GI files and a few images. now i have formatted. installed all my usual drivers ETCETC and now primo is telling me that i done have a compatible recorder on my machine. OS i am using is windowsXP Pro.then i did a engine update to version 3.42 and it says runtime error 9 subscript out of range. i got to admit nero and vob still work but not prassi? anybody else out there suffering with same problem or is there a fix available or do i suffer without the great piece of DVDR software. 3. Download and install the 30 day demo of Stomp RecordNow MAX. RecordNow MAX is the newer version of Primo DVD. For whatever reason, installing the the demo fixed the problem of Primo not recognizing my DVD-R.
