    Does anyone know if there are any Mpeg tools that will make the quality of the video any better such as making the resolution larger so it will be a great picture when you play it on your T.V? Please help!!!!! 8) [/b]

    No, it's almost impossible to improve teh quality of heavly comressed video.

    There are some media players that post-process the video to reduce blocking, but this will further soften the image.

    No there is not. Only decent AI could do that and would still have limitations. What is lost, is lost forewer. Well, You can re-encode to any resolution, but every re-encode will result only in quality loss.
