ERROR: Index of scan Line is out of Range (272)

my Tmpgenc Progamm show me this Error on the second Film (cut 2)
I have allways encoded much more film but this error is new for me.

How can help me

I think i have all codes.
The first part is functionall the second is the same but
allways on start encoding this error

I Get the EXACT SAME THING.
On converting the second part of dog soldiers (which was scanned for errors) I get Index scan line is out of range STRAIGHT AWAY.

There must be a bug in the SVCD encoding part of TMPG ENC..
What else could it be?
There Definetly NO errors AND i was told it would work if you changed it to VCD format....
