Hi please help, Im making Slideshows with Ulead Movie Studio with transitions and music, I render them to DVD format to get the best possible resolution, then i convert them to SVCD to burn to cd so i can record to VCR.

The problem is that some pictures appear as if some pixels are moving in the picture, and sometimes the eyes look distorted because of that. Another thing is that some times the picture flickers. Does the Video Card have anything to do with how the Video encodes on the CD?

How can i make the best quality SVCD from a DVD or to render directly from Movie Studio after putting my pictures and Music in the Timeline.

Please help
