  1. i convert my dvd rips with ,tgmc software 1st i rip the wav files w/ virtual dub and then i replace them ,back in the tgmc and convert my divx to video cd "well mpeg" after this process is complete i burn it with easy cd or nero to make a vcd that will play in my vcd player .my dvd player playes cdrw,cdrs,svcds,vcds,hdvcds,mp3s,and so on i play the movies others make you no like rush hour 2 screener no problems at all with them .but the ones i make every so often go out of sync the mouths move to late the sound talk's ahead of the people and sometimes the movie speeds up makes people run.

    i'f you ever ran into this please help !!!!!

  2. you should demux your mpeg with tmpgenc and then remux in bbmpeg, this really helps with a/v sync problems.

  3. Two times through an mpeg encoder - that's no fun, especially as slow as bbMpeg is. Have you tried frameserving your AVI from VirtualDub to TMPGEnc? It might help, especially if you use the match framerate to audio duration option in VirtualDub.

  4. Kinneera, bbmpeg takes only about 5 minutes to mux a movie and tmpgenc takes about 5 minutes to demux a movie. you are not encoding it again you are simply combining the video with the audio. What you are talking about is reencoding the movie again and that of course takes hours.

    Which TMPGenc version are you using... I have bad sync problmes with the "h" version and when I upgraded to "i" I nevre had any problems.
    I hav eused TMPGenc since the "c" version and the "h" was really weird to me!
