VCD Menu Page

Hi I am looking for a tool that can create a picture with a number of small pictures inside and a number beneath. All I wanna do is using this as menu page when creating a VCD with CD Easy. Is there any freeware tool available for this. I know Nero can also create menus but they do not work properly and the buring quality of VCD easy is much better. Any advise would be great.

Really? I made menus with it. Just basic 1], 2], 3]....stuff but it worked.

My menus in Nero were shown only when the VCD starts and ens. No way to call the menu in between. Beside from that I noticed that my version Nero 5.5 causes a very bad VCD with a lot of Ghost effects even the MPEG file is quite good. THerefore I used VCD easy and this is by far better. Any similar experience with Nero? How do your menus working?

Oh, I've never tried to get the menu up in the middle of the VCD. I havn't burned with anything other than NERO so I don't know for sure. Maybe I'll try VCD easy...
