    hi all
    ive got a movie in rars ive unrared em using winACE i got some crc errors but the MPG was still there as 516megs (51m13s) when i play the mpg in windows media player all that plays is 9m12s....is there a way to repair the mpg????

    Sort of...yes.
    I suggest using TMPGEnc software or other MPEG encoder software (capable of reading .mpg files as source) to re-encode the .mpg file that you have. I have had many corrupt music video .mpg files before and the only way to "fix" them is to re-encode them to a new seperate file.

    Also, you can use VCDEasy to read and analyze any .mpg file and show technical info about that file.
