HI ALL
Need some help with tmpg settings which is best for making a VCD? Video source interlace OR Non interlace (progressive) Aspect source ratio: 1.1VGA OR 4.3 525line NTSC? Please let me know which is best.

it depends on what your source is. If you captured from tv or vcr then your source will be interlaced and 4:3 525line NTSC (unless your source is PAL)
