    Does anyone know what is the best software that i can use to convert avi to Mpeg? I want to use software that will convert at top quality and won't take all day to do it. Is there any programs that makes the resolution better when you play your VCD on your TV?

    tmpg is the best,course thats just my opinion.

    encoding speed depends on the cpu speed of your computer
