  1. I have a SVCD that I want to convert to mpg1. Now, TMPGEnc should be able to handle that easily, right? Just open the mpg (svcd) file and save as... and I do have mpg2 support left.
That doesen't work however, no program will open my file. The only program I have some response from is WinDVD that can actually play it, so there's nothing wrong.
When opening the file in Nero (trying to make a svcd cd of the mpg file), Nero says the file is 480x480 with a bitrate of 23,97 instead of 29,97 which is the standard. Is this the problem? If so, how do I fix it since no program I've tried can open it (tried TMPGEnc, FlaskMPG and MediaStudio 5.0)

    thanks for help
