    when i start up bbmpeg i get default ntsc settings
    Can anybody send me a PAL XVCD (sefy) template for bbMPEG

    Simply load the Default PAL Template, and set the encoding from CBR to VBR

    the problem is i dont have any *.ini template
    bbmpeg comes in a zip file and there are no pal*.ini files in there
    or something
