    i got a videofile in the xsvcd format(pal 720x576)-
    but now i am looking for a way to convert it into a regular mpg(1 or 2)
    could anybody help me please,i searched already in a few bbs
    but i cant find an answer...

    Find the movie file on the xsvcd, it wil be some thing like AVSEQ**.MPG in the MPEG2 folder, copy that to your hard drive and use TMPG to convert it to what you want.
