I am cpaturing using VDub & MJpeg codec (compression set to 18), the capture looks excellent, however when I conver it to VCD using TMPGenc the black color looked washed out, it is not as crisp as the capture. Anyone knows why?
Also the capture for some reason ( even though I have the setting set to 640x480 ) sets itself to 640x240 ( any idea why? )
