    I recently downloaded MIB 2 and it is split in files I have no idea how to join.
    men in black.0
    men in black.1
    men in black.3
    etc.
    Can anyone help?

    That's where the magic of TMPG shows up again...

    TMPG : FILE -> MPEG TOOLS -> MERGE AND CUT ->
    add your 1st mpeg
    Add your 2nd
    add your 3rd


    RUN

    wait a while, and DONE!

    Is there no extension at all on the file ?
    Could be rar files...look for WinRar on google or some search engine....then use it to open the first file...if its a rar archive, it will start opening all assoc files.
