    Does the quality of video card affects the quality of rendered video? Is expensive video cards produce quality video? Whats the best affordable video card?

    Nope, they all look about the same when you play the video. Affordable? Define "affordable" (name a price range). What the part-time burger-flipper and the cardiologist think is "affordable" might be two very different things.

    (I'm not being a smartass - a term that means a lot of different things to different people)
