    I have Blade2,and film have resolution 352x240,but film have 25 frames/second,it's PAL,but ntsc resolution.How can I encode this one correctly,with TMPGEnc.PLEASE HELP!

    Load avi file. Load profile VCD PAL. Go to Settings/Advanced/Video Arange Method. Choose Center (custom size) and 352x240 . Encode to mpg. But you will have black borders at the top and bottom 24 pixels from each.
