Guides for setting up to capture from vcr??????

I see no guides on the left specifically related on the cables - or whatever else one might need to capture from a vhs tape. I have posted about this before in the newbie forum - no one seemed to want to address this with me. Yes - i have absolutely no idea how to do any of this stuff - so sue me. I don't understand why there has to be so much attitude towards people who aren't knowledgable here.

it seems you have an attitude as well. None of us get paid and we were
not born to serve you. If you ask nicely I'm sure someone who can
help will help. Just because you don't get any replies at first does not
mean you are being ignored. Sometimes you have to wait and maybe
change forums in order to get answered. Also, remember that if
you show you have made some effort on your own part to read up
about a topic you are asking about, people will see you in a more positive
light and make the effort to respond. If you want all the answers
served to you on a plate then I suggest you try paying for a computer
tech to help you out.
