I have no problem ripping, encoding, converting, etc... my VCD's look just fine on my laptop (which is the only computer I have), but when I send them to friends, their 'regular monitors' view the VCD's as being very dark. I just encoded a vcd and viewed it on my laptop - crystal clear. I then moved a 'portion' of it to my work desktop to test it out... and it's very dark. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it? Thanks![]()

As we don't know your process of "ripping, encoding, converting etc"
we can't advise. we are not amused -

wow... that didn't sound condescending...
( a wink -= a joke ) It was not meant
to sound condescending. You must be from the US, otherwise
you would have understood about "we" as in the 3rd person and
it's historical basis.
Anyway glad you worked it out.
