    I have a movie lets say AVI and i want to convert it to mpg for svcd i use AVI2SVCD with cce 2.5 and the movie is 29.976fps and after i convert it to mpg it always ends up at 23fps yuck how do i keep it at 29.976 fps

    Maybe that you are using the wrong template? NTSC film instead of NTSC?

    Then where do you change a template in dvd2svcd i know where in tmpgenc

    You can't set your template in DVD2AVI only in the encoder as far as I know. Just make sure you use the right one in CCD or in TmpGenc.
