  1. I wanted to put a movie on VCD. However, I changed it from .avi to .mpeg but there was no sound when I opened it. So, I had to use virtual dub to get the sound. So, I did it over and I split the video in half because it was too long for 1 CD. So my question is.... I have the audio file (which is the whole movie) and now I must remake the .mpeg videos again with the sound and they are in 2 parts ...now when I want to blend the 2nd half of the video with the audio am I going to get the 2nd half of the audio or the first half all over again?

  2. hmm, i'd suggest you delete that WAV you got there, and make a new one... (you can split WAV's, but that's kinda harder)

    You get back into Vdub, open your AVI file, and there you can split your WAV...
    how?
    very simple
    You note the # frames(or the EXCACT time) you got in your 1st Mpeg file, you get back in Vdub, there you go to EDIT: GO TO

    Typ the time or @ of frames -> click OK
    Then you'll see that your scroll bar is moved to that frame or time

    you see the whole series of icons below, there are 2 icons with little arrows on, see them?
    Well, you click on the on the one most to your right hand. (it might say: SET END FRAME)

    Now, you move your scroll bar to the biginning, and there you click the other icon, (on your left hand) that might say SET BEGIN FRAME

    Now, set all your Conversions-compressions ETC

    FILE -> SAVE WAV

    You splitted your audio

    now, you mux it, and you have ur 1st audio file
    I think you might have intelligence enuf to ge the other WAV huh?
