  1. Can anyone help me aquire the VOB file for the dolby digital version of the THX WOW! trailer. I have the Dolby2.0 version already, but I'd like a Dolby Digital version. I'm looking to put these on a DVD to make a home theater demostration DVD.

If anyone can help me please contact me to set up a file transfer.

  3. Thanks, but that is the link I downloaded all of the trailers from already

The WOW! trailer posted on that site is taken from the Laser Disc, which is in Dolby 2.0. There is a new DVD with the WOW trailer in DD5.1. That's the one I'm looking for.

  5. Why exactly did you post a link to thx.com's faq section? If you are referring to the fact that it says the wow trailer is only available on LD, then that information is out of date. Within the past few months a new demo disc has been released: The Ultimate THX Demo Disc. This DVD has the WOW trailer in DTS DD5.1.

  8. Ok, to make up for old info:

A google translated page is at http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=de&u=http://members.aol.com/perlitschke...8%26oe%3DUTF-8

If I read it right, the trailers are available for 12 hours on rotated ftp servers. He also sells a DVD with all the trailers including the 5.1 WOW for 12.99 at http://members.aol.com/perlitschke/special/for_sale.htm
