    my firts question is should i buy the ati all in wonder card or sould i buy a video card + a tv tuner card
    what do u guys recommend using windows xp pro thanks

  2. And You want to use it for what? There is no "the best" solution, but are "optimal" ones. Everything is based on requirements/needs. What will You write ((X)(S)VCD/DVD)? Where do You capture from? What do You capture? How much do You want to edit? What's Your budget? It is harder than buying a car, You know!

  3. Ok first thing i would like to do is put my vhs tapes on a cd
    second be able to watch let s say a football game while I am browsing the internet and also be able to watch a dvd movie while I am recording it on my pc

  4. So, basically any TV card with composite in will do (including AIW) until You don't want to make DVDs. Macrovision insensitive ones will be prefferable. About this DVD recording I didn't understand

  6. ok let me try to explaing what i mean by dvd recording
    i was thinking that since somevideo card comes with tv in & out maybe it is possible for me to play a dvd movie on my dvd player at home and capture the video from the tv using my tv in connection from the video card
    But the main thing is i have an old 32 mb card i want to upgrade and i also want a tv tuner one i can browse the internet and wath tv at the same time , should i just get the ati all in wonder 8500 128mb or by the ati 8500+the tv tuner thanks
