Problem With making a backup of Training Day

I'm trying to make a backup copy of Training Day, I use smartripper to backup the VOBs and than use DVD2AVI and follow the settings from Doom9.org, when it finishes I get an AC3 file with a delay -75ms and than I finish the rest of the procedure with Vfapi and CCE and import it into Spruce, I simulate the movie and the audio is out of sync. Anyone know how to fix this with an AC3 with a delay.

there's a program called AC3 delay corrector and it rewrites the file with a 0 second delay. you can get it here
