Unknown Error While Burning... What can i do?! Help!

I'm trying to burn an episode (AVI.) with Nero Burner to make it a VCD. file... but dont know why,
it writes "Unknown error in the Video MPEG encoder" ... but the other
files i can burn them without any problems.. i can't find another encoding of this file.... What can i do?
