    Where can i find the trial version 2.3 of the panasonic mpeg encoder???

    AND: Is it possible to use a panasonic enc. plug-in with tmpeg ( for avi to vcd!)??? how???

    The latest version of the Panasonic MPEG-1 encoder is 2.51. I do not believe, that version 2.3 is for sale anymore. But you may contact them and ask for an older version.

    Panasonic has released an MPEG-2 encoder as well.
    And no, of course there is no panasonic plugin for TMPGEnc. Both TMPGEnc and Panasonic are MPEG encoders. No need for a plugin.
