  1. Can i record out to a VCR without a TV attached? i have an ATI AIW 128 connected directly to a VCR (no TV attached), i can record video and audio just fine, but when I use TV OUT to recorde the newly created movie to my VCR I get nothing (no video or sound)when the tape is played back on a VCR attached to a TV ATI's advanced display setup indicates the TV OUT is conected, and I've checked all cable connections, and Win ME system properties show no conflicts but still no luck recording out to a VCR.

  2. This may be a dumb question, but how can you tell you're getting no video or sound without a TV connected to the VCR(in other words ATI > VCR > TV)? That's the only way you'll be able to see what's happening on the VCR. You might want to make sure you've selected the right input on the VCR. There should be a button on the remote labeled input that switches between the tuner and the aux input. Hope this helps.
