    Well done on your home movie conversions.

    Looks like you got your 15 minutes of fame..

    Did you make VCD's from those home tapes?

    If i may suggest : For a better quality digital copy - take the original *.avi and encode it in TMPGEnc at a high bitrate MPEG2. [ (3000-4500-6500) is what i sometimes use.]

    With this higher quality material you can later make DVD's when the prices drop. *** Be sure to use one of the DVD standards.
