    ok here is the problem...i had win xp and i installed all my ati crap in the right order etc....my video in worked fine... i then reformat and install 2000. i once again install everything in the right order....(e.g. drivers,control panel,capture drivers, and directx8.1(not in that order...)). Everything works fine on the multimedia center except the Vido In program....i dont get an error or anything it just doesnt start...the mouse turns to an hour glass for a few seconds and nothing happens. Does anyone know of the problem? I had a similar problem w/ xp but i got an error pop up and it turned out that i installed the stuff in the wrong order. Thanks for the help. Keep in mind, i have a radeon 7200, NOT an all in wonder....

    well,i had a buddy with a similar problem and it was caused by win 2000 server.it wont run tv software.
