  1. hi i recently downloaded tmpgenc and tring it out, but ive used it before in the past, but i never had a problem like this. when i get any of my files even files that i used on my old computer with tmpgenc and they worked it says that the file is unsupported or something in that nature can some one help????????????????????????
    also it had a black screen when encoding does anyone know how to fix that if ti happens again to me?????????

  2. Here are a couple of options.

    1. I've heard that the LIGOS VFP in TMPGEnc 2.58 has issues. Try un-selecting it. You do that by going to OPTONS / ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS... Choose the VFAPI Plug-in Tab, unselect LIGOS. You'll have to exit / re-enter the program for the change to take effect.

    2. Try loading the Cyberlink PowerDVD XP Demo. If you are missing an MPEG encoder, it's my understanding this provides one.
