i just encoded a movei after i reinstal my pc

i never had problem with tmpgenc before i reinstal

the plays well but shocks 5 or 10 min during the whole movie

so movie plays 5 min later movie shocks for a few secs 5/10 min later

again

how can fix this has this to do with software ????
