so here's my little problem. i have various dvdrips (series 24, TEG encode) in SVCD format. all encodes of this particular group play well on the pc, but as soon as i try to burn them to an SVCD format via VCDeasy, it says that this aint an mpeg2 file, it even suggest it to be an svcd mpeg2 file with header and tells me to use the included SVCDdisassemble function to make it a compliant mpeg2. i did try that, and all of those dvdrips end up only half the original size and are not complete anymore.
i tried to use tmpegenc to demux and remux, the same, only half the size and video time play.
is there any way i can re-add a header that will show it is a mpeg2 file (and it is working in WMP, PowerDVD....and any other player for that matter) or a tool/program that will let me see what's wrong with those rips?
thanks
