swf files to Avi file for Authoring

hi, i know that there is a program that convert swf(flash files) to avi file
now if you know well how to use flash you can make awesome menu's!!
the problem is, how can you make the bottuns active when you push them
after all its an avi file and not just picture where you difined the push area...anyone have any ide about this?ill be glade to hear.....

or,there is a way to combine video file with jpeg(picture)file together?
for xmple...movie file at the top picture file at the bottom?
thats way combining the two can make awsome menu's!
if any one know how please write it down!!

i think it would depend on what authoring program you use as each handle menu graphics different ..

you have few xmples on each authoring software?if you know?
think about it it would be the greatest thing to combine flash.....
you saw the movie finale fantasy in DVD?you saw the awesome menu
they have?!!
i think its flash.....i dont know how they do it....

its not flash - its mpeg motion menu's and layer psd files done in scenarist ...
