FRAMESERVING..TMPGenc. doesn't open .vdr files anymore!!???

Suddenly I cannot open a .vdr-file anymore in TMPGenc. I did it all the time with adding subtitles and frameserving from VirtualDub into TMPGenc. Now, from one day to another it gives an error message that it cannot open the file or unsupported file....does anyone had this problem and/or knowes a solution..??

I read a lot of posts about this topic but I couldn't figure out why I succeeded to frameserve 3 days ago, and now I couldn't....It has to do with the movie..I tried two others and had no problems, but only with this one ( le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulain) it seems impossible..?? but why, it's seems to have the same compression as the others....
