DVD coded in MPEG-2 format with build-in Premiere 6.5 codec does not work well in my stand alone DVD player (Pioneer DV-444). The DVD stucks for 0.5 seconds occasionally. If I code to MPEG-2 format with TMPGEnc, it works fluidly, without stucks and pauses.
I want to use Premiere 6.5 codec because it gives far better picture quality than TMPGEnc. Do you know where is the problem with build in MPEG-2 codec in Premiere 6.5?
    Thanks...

  2. Looks like you are on your own: works fine for me and couple of my friend, who have different DVD players. Try reinstalling Adobe.

The bit rate is not too high because it is coded on 6 Mbit/s like on TMPGEnc and video coded with TMPGEnc is working. The video with built in Premiere codec does not work...
