Im converting a dvd to divx and i have 1 file for the video and 1 file for audio(wav).When i used tmpgenc it freezes at 99% when its at 1 second till completion.So i tried to combine the audio and video with vdub but the audio is out of sync with the video.Could the problem be that when im combining the 2 files im converting the audio to mp3 and thats making the sound out of sync?If so any suggestions on have to combine the 2 files w/o putting them out of sync?

Use virtual dub, in audio menu select full processing mode, then wav and choose your file, then under commpression select mpeg layer 3 128 kbits 48,000 hz 16 kb/s, under interleaveing i set it at preload 800 and interleave at 300!
