  1. Anyone have any luck with running DVD Maestro and Cinemaster 2000 running Windows XP as your Operating System?
I tried to load up my ATI DVD player thinking it was Cinemaster and also it's upgrade but that did not work. I see that Sonic now has the rights to Cinemaster but have not the Sonic Version, appears that I cannot find Cinemaster 2000, has anyone tried the Sonic version to see if it's compatible with DVD Maestro?
Also running Windows XP with DVD Maestro does your finished project turn out really dark from the original? Mine are.

maestro will have nothing to do with it being dark .. that is in the encoding ..

cinemaster 2000 is around -- look a little harder .. i see it even for sale ..

sonics version i never heard anyone using .... (version 1.5) .. i dont believe it works with maestro but it may ..

what is odd is click instaltion instructions for version 1.5 and it is accually a link for version 4.0 (which is i think really cinemaster 2000 !) but you cant buy it unless you already owna prev version .... which is like a chicken before the egg catch 22 .. because you cant buy 1.5 anymore it seems but you need 1.5 to buy 4.0 (it says sonic dvd software must be installed -- i wonder if reeldvd would qualify since i own that one).

they sell version 99 for use with nt4 ... but it was a bad version and didnt work with win2k

but they DON"T sell version 2000 (unless 4.0 is really 2000) ..... which worked fine except on some machines (the player part only - the installing it still worked for maestro) ..

but a bit of searching for cinemaster 2000 will yield it ..

  3. dead link...dead link...dead link...redirect...redirect...
If you have the link to the site that I can buy it from please send it to me.
I cannot for the life of me get to it "Software Cinemaster 2000 Build 2.0.37.6379" and download it anywhere else so rather than use up anymore time I will buy the thing if someone or you send me a link (that's not dead or redirects you away) that I can buy it, download it, install it, and be happy.

  4. Cineplayer does not work with Maestro, only plays DVD's through it's own software player. it has to be the Cinemaster 2000 software drivers as they are the only ones compatible with XP, Check your PM
