Movie repeating in two languages

Ripped Jungle Book from DVD... encoded to MPEG1 using TMPGEnc... when I play the resulting .mpg file, I get the introductory credits in English, then it kind of skips and replays those same credits in Spanish (?), then plays the next view of credits in English, then in Spanish and so on and so forth.

Any idea what causes this or how I get around this issue?

I had the same problem when I ripped Enemy of the State, but it was English and French. I use DVD Decrypter and I had to make sure that only the English streams were selected in the Stream Processing area.

I had to rip the movie again after I selected the English only streams.
