    Q: I am going from dvd to svcd encoding with CCE, and the result looks weird, almost like the color depth on my screen is set too low, which its set at 32bit, you can see lines where the differences in the colors are, if that makes sense...any suggestions?
    PS - this just recently started happening, before it encoded fine. If anyone could shed any light on the situation it would be greatly appreciated.
