How to burn a .img file to DVD-R?

Will someone tell me what program to use to burn an .img file to DVD-R.

Not sure what software you are using, but with Prassi Primo it goes as follows:

Go to full application, select the third disc icon along from the left (Global Image) this will change the window on the right hand side where you will see an empty entry box for Disc image file. On the right hand side is the a button with "...". Clicking on this button will open a standard windows dialog box. Change the bottom down arrow selection to Other Image file and browse to where your .img file is and select it.
Click on record

Done from memory, but hope it helps.
