How to burn a .CDI file to DVD-R?

How do I burn a .cdi-file to a DVD-R?

I don't have DiscJuggler (the dome only does 650Mb), so I'm looking for an alternative.
I tried converting to Nero (.nrg), but I've had troubles with Nero (see my previous post) and I can't extract the resulting .nrg anyway.

CDMage allows you to extract the data from the image or you can save it in .bin/.cue format and burn with a compatible program. I'm not sure what dvd burning programs support this.

I tried CDMage already, but it gave an error like 'Unrecognized format'.
Maybe I should have mentioned it's an XBox-image?

Checkout by search "xbox scene" ..... find them online thru your favorite search engine. They have tutorials. BTW .... xbox games are not necessarily *.iso ..... CDmage & ISObuster may not help much .... but tools at x-box scene may as they would be specifically designed for the task at hand ...... *.udf format, i think.
