  1. I currently have four divx movies that play upside down and inverted on WMP 8 and Global Divx player, but not Sasami player or Divx Pro Player 2.0. I rendered all four movies in Graphedit, and found that Windows was using both the Divx decompressor and an .avi decompressor at the same time for each movie. Does anyone know enough about Graphedit to explain why this is happening? Does anyone know why those divx movies play fine in some players but upside down and inverted in others? Do I have to reinstall any codecs? Anyone have any ideas?

P.S. I'm using a nVidia GeForce card, can't remember model no.

  2. Turns out all I needed to do was install the DIVX G400 filter that comes bundled in the Nimo Codec Pack. Problem solved! I still wish I knew why the problem developed though, because it has just happened recently. Previously, I had played those four movies, and they were just fine, until one day, they started to appear upside down and inverted. But if there is one think I have learned while using computers it is to leave well enough alone. Everything works now, so I better not screw with anything!
