    Why won't my NERO 5599 accept the Movieformat 352x288/25Hz Audiobirate is 224. It shoul be a standard for vcd

    25khz audio isn't standard, needs to be 44.1khz. demux audio and video then re-encode audio and remux.

    Maybe the file is MPEG2 not MPEG1?
