Does anyone have any sugesstions, I plan on capturing some cartoons off of TV (SVCD), and was wondering what a good .avs script would be, or the techniques that you use. Thanks for the help.

Go to doom9.org's Avisynth forum and you will find what you want. Guys there seemed to be more into anime and cartoon stuff.
