How do you set the GOP settings. I saw GOP settings under Encoder>Advanced but I don't know how to set I frames, P frames and B frames.
This is what I need:
Number of I frames in GOP: 1
Number of P frames in GOP: 5
Number of B frames in GOP: 2
Another question, DVD2SVCD cuts my .m2v file in three. How can I set it to output one file.

just go to the tab Bitrate and set the number of CDīs you like to get at this length of the movie.
You donīt have to change anything in the gop settings. They are quite ok.
Use the standard selections.
Youīll get excellent quality.
But think about you will loose quality if you reduce the amount of CDīs you want to use. -
What DVD authoring software would you recommend for DVD+R? I'm using Sonic MyDVD now and it's giving me fits with the GOP structure

Sorry thats out of my reach.
DVD- R is not my media. ( though I donīt have a DVD-R drive )
but I heard a product from Roxio is quite good.
