hi, i just got a PAL CVD but my PAL DVD-Player doesn't support it (i.e. audio skipping, audio out of sync, audio far ahead of the movie etc.).
so how can i convert it to standard VCD or SVCD?
or is there a possibility to just convert the audio to 44kHz, will this correct the problems / is it still CVD compliant?
specs of the movie:
352x576 PAL, 48kHz

Seems so...
Just demux your mpeg 2 file to d2v (video) and mp2 (audio)
Then, re-encode mp2 from 48000 to 44100
Finaly, remuxx d2v and (the new) mp2 as SVCD using better bbmpeg.
Burn your new file and seems like it gonna be O.K. for your player
