I download all these things from the ATI website

Recommended Driver - CATALYST™ 02.1
Driver Version - 6.13.10.6125 - For use with Recommended driver
ATI Multimedia Center 7.7.0.1

However when I ran the diagnostics it did not find DirectX 8.1

Everything seems to be running okay.
Do I need to uninstall then reinstall everything or does it matter
