Okay, I have a video I joined together and made one clip. I would like to pause the movie where there is a reflection of the sun and maybee make the reflection brighter.
I have not been able to sucessfully drag anything into transitions bar between video tracks.
So if anyone could help out I would appreciate it. I am using Adobe premiere 6.0 and Ulead.

In Ulead Video Studio I'd do something like this:
1. Cut the video where you want the pause effect; for our purposes, we'll call the two resulting clips clipA and clipB.
2. Snap a still shot of the last frame of clipA (or the first frame of clipB).
3. Insert the still image between clipA and clipB and insert transitions, set duration and apply effects as desired.
Note that this does not take into account any audio contained in our original clip since that too would be cut, and the still would have no audio. You could fade the audio for clipA and clipB at the cut, then insert audio of your choice in one of the two audio tracks.
(this works fine; I just now tried it to check on my memory)
Ulead MSP or AP should allow at least that much, and likely much much more. Mess around with it and have fun.As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
